Born and raised in the SD&G region, Braden developed a passion for heavy equipment while working on local farms. Looking to expand his knowledge and skills, he moved west and spent the next nine years working in pipeline construction on major infrastructure projects across Canada.

Through hard work and commitment, Braden advanced to the role of Foreman, where he gained extensive experience leading crews, managing projects, and maintaining the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and quality. Those years in the industry shaped the expertise and work ethic that now define every project we take on.

When it came time to start a family, Braden and his wife knew they wanted to come home. They founded Willett Work Contracting Corp. to bring Braden’s experience, professionalism, and dedication back to the community that raised him. Today, we’re proud to provide reliable excavation, site preparation, and contracting services with a commitment to quality workmanship and honest, dependable service.
